Programmes

Youthreach Sligo offers three different programmes. These are A General Education programme assessed through FETAC. A Junior Cert. Programme offering seven different subjects, and a Leaving Cert Applied Programme over two years.

Participants are encouraged to take part in all the activities of the centre. In each Programme, there are certain compulsory subjects.

The following subjects are on offer but these may change from time to time.

FETAC

FETAC is mainly offered at Level 3 with some modules offered at Level 4

LCA

The two specialisms are 

  1. Hotel Catering and Tourism
  2. Graphics and Construction Studies

The electives are:

  2. Leisure and Recreation
